With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 351 Percent, Hatch Earns a Place on the Inc. 5000 for the Second Consecutive Year
CHICAGO, IL, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Hatch Product Development today announced it has been ranked No. 24 in Manufacturing, No. 29 in Illinois, and No. 898 overall on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
“Hatch Product Development’s continued growth reflects the momentum and innovation driving Illinois’ manufacturing sector,” said Governor JB Pritzker. “By creating jobs, investing in capacity, and bringing innovative products to market, companies like Hatch are strengthening our economy and making Illinois the best state in the nation to build and grow a business. Congratulations to the entire Hatch team on earning their place on the Inc. 5000 for the second consecutive year.”
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 list for a second consecutive year is especially meaningful because it shows that our growth isn’t tied to a single moment. We’ve continued to grow by staying focused on what we set out to do from the beginning: build an exceptional team and help our clients solve difficult problems and bring ambitious products to market,” said Addison Merchut, Co-President at Hatch Product Development. “I’m incredibly proud of what our team has built together and grateful to our clients who continue to trust us with their ideas. To once again be recognized among the fastest-growing manufacturing companies in the country is an exciting validation of where we’re headed.”
Hatch’s second consecutive Inc. 5000 recognition comes amid continued expansion for the company. In 2026, Hatch relocated its headquarters to a new 32,000-square-foot facility in Wauconda, Illinois, expanding its engineering and manufacturing capacity to support its growing team and client base. From 2022 to 2025, Hatch grew revenue by more than 350% while expanding its workforce by 550%.
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine. Tickets are on sale now.
